7.30pm - Welcome Whisky Cocktails and Kir Royale with Canapes
8.00pm - Five Course Gala Dinner with free-flowing wine, beer and soft drinks
After dinner - disco and the inclusive bar remains open until 1am
12am - Champagne to toast the New Year
1am - Late night snacks
1st January:
